Andrea Pal

Hello, my name is Andrea Pal.

I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Mb and moved to West Kelowna with my family in 2008. I am a proud mother of two teens and two fur pups. I’ve been a Flight Service Director with Air Canada for over 25 years, and I absolutely love being a Flight Attendant. When the Pandemic began to impact the airline in 2020, I decided to take time away from flying to care for my children and pursue new interests.

 

During this time, I became extremely concerned about the effects the Pandemic was having on Seniors and their families. As I navigated the changes of having aging parents of my own, I felt personally drawn to using my strengths to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families. I’ve always had the desire to own a small business in the Okanagan and the opportunity presented itself when I was accepted into the Community Futures Business Plan Development Program. My purpose for Grit & Grace is to anticipate client needs, find solutions, make self-care a priority and to treat Seniors the way I would want my parents to be treated, with encouragement, compassion and respect.

With over 25 years as a Flight Attendant, I’ve spent my career providing a safe and comfortable experience for people of all ages. Over the past 10 years, I have established trust within my community by organizing countless fundraisers and being a regular Volunteer at my children’s school.

 

However, actions speak louder than words and I feel the best way to earn and strengthen trust is to be transparent, show respect, be consistent and keep your word by delivering and exceeding the service that was promised.

For this reason, every detail was carefully thought out prior to launching Grit & Grace.

It was important to take the time to continuously reflect on the company’s values and make decisions that would offer a safe and enhanced customer service experience. You can rest assured that all measures have been taken for your safety and peace of mind. I look forward to getting to meet and becoming a part of your trusted support team.
